further proof that I cannot prioritize: instead of packing, I decided to go see Star Trek.

I regret nothing. It was fantastic!

When I have several things I need to do that all need to be done around the same time, I can never prioritize, which I guess is why I was just standing in my room, holding a slice of pizza in one hand and a straightener in the other, poring over my bookshelves to decide what to take with me on my trip to Utah tomorrow, turning every few minutes to my desk to pull stuff from the printer and respond to texts. The books, I think, have taken up most of my time, in spite of the fact that I can’t read in cars and will be spending most of my time in Utah with family so I won’t have downtime to read. Sometimes I’m astounded that I ever manage to get anything done.

Fact: when going on a road trip, checking the In-N-Out locations map online takes precedence over packing.
